Paul is internationally recognised as a leading expert in detection canine operations across conservation, environmental, military, and scientific fields.

General Scent Detection Workshop 5-6 September

A theoretical and practical, handler-focused workshop covering the core principles and mechanics of detection training across disciplines. Both working positions (dog) and Auditing Access (no dogs) are offered. Key topics include:

Module 1: Introduction to Canine Odour Detection
Objective: Understand the principles of canine olfaction and odour detection.
Module 2: Training Foundations for Buried Target Detection
Objective: Build a strong foundation in teaching a canine to detect and indicate buried targets.
Module 3: Intermediate Buried Target Search Protocols
Objective: Apply training to more complex, real-world detection situations.
Module 4: Advanced Techniques
Objective: Liquid target odour delivery.
Paul Bunker will share practical knowledge and real-world applications of scent detection over 4 days consisting of 2 workshops.
